......................this too long, when you dump a divided parts drawer with scope mounting screws, 6X48, 6X40 and 8X40, Weaver oval and fillister head and just pick them up off the floor and put them in the correct bin slot.

I keep probably 30-40# of various sized bolts on a wooden shelf for those quick repair jobs. Originally, those bolts were in small bins but after years of kids/grandkids using the 'root and paw' method of searching for certain sizes, I gave up and just leave the bolts/nuts in the bags as they come from the farm store. If I send Grandson to find a bolt, he's gone an interminable time and comes back empty handed so I take him back, make a quick visual scan, and pick out the correct bolt.

He just rolls eyes and walks away. Even with a tape measure and sample nut, he fails to find the right bolt. Guess it's not an inheritable skill.

Yep. You get to know your demons.

Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain
