Stevens NM Pocket rifle

I have a Stevens New Model Pocket rifle that measures over 28 inches long with the stock firmly attached.

It has a 16 inch barrel in 22 cal and overall its in very nice condition.

Fladermans guide to American firearms lists it as a Pocket RIFLE.

My Question is can I sell it as a Rifle or a pistol with a detachable stock?

Makes a big difference in how I would need to ship it!
