My son has recently acquired a 1994 Marlin 25N .22 caliber bolt action micro-groove barrel .22 lr only rifle with a Bushnell Sportview 3x- 9x- 40 waterproof model 74-3945-0 AA scope. We have been trying to find out what it’s value is bu cannot seem to find much on the internet about it. It in very good condition, only 1 or 2 marks on the stalk. If you all could help us out and give us some info about it we would be very grateful!!! It was manufactured in North Haven CT. Ty

The value of the rifle alone was $125 a few years ago. The Bushnell Sportview scope was their low-end scope for hi-power rifles (not that ii is not a good scope). Prices are up for firearms now. My estimate is $150 in todays market. It was discontinued in 2003. I am not an expert. I see old Mossbergs going for more than that.
Side note. Magazines have been discontinued, and Ruger/ Marlin may not be making more. And for the Magazine alone bring about $ 75.00 -100.00

Here is a rifle I sold recently. Not the same as yours but close enough. Yours is nicer than the one above.
Here is a Marlin 25N - s-l-lr with a Simmons scope and a total of 3 magazines (not particularly easy to come by) on auction that you might want to watch: https://www.gunbroker.com/item/905509344
This one sold for $462.95

Rifle 150.00, scope, zero to 25.00

$400, JM stamped Marlins are in high demand..
List it with a penny start and post a shameless plug. You’ll get a good idea of current market value and your son will get some $ in his pocket.
