To solve a problem , I have to communicate with a person at GB ,who can help me resolve the problem.
Every time an email is sent to GB, a computer generated message is the only reply received.
How can a person at GB be reached?

There are no humans answering phones at GBHQ, nor can any be reached through this forum. Keep in mind that every time you contact customer service regarding the same issue it is considered to be opening a new claim and you go to the back of the line.

No way to reach a person other than the route you are on. Things in the gun world are crazy right now, and GB is extremely swamped helping folks such as yourself. However if you repeatedly keep trying to contact them it takes longer. Every time you contact them it read as a new issue, and your request it moved to the bottom of the pile. Things are crazy, but they will get your issue settled over time.

Regardless, claims with customer service simply have to run their course.

if a shareholder mtg gets saturated with complaints, our new corporate overlords will have to address it. Otherwise the corporate machine will only speak in sales and growth forecast.
