from our local news station '
victims families suing KCI for making the magazine used in th eDayton shooting a couple years ago
just part of the article
In the 74-page lawsuit, attorneys allege negligence on the part of Kyung Chang Industry USA, Inc. (KCI) and its related South Korean company. KCI made and sold the 100-round magazine that the FBI says Connor Betts used the night of his murderous rampage. In less than 30 seconds, Betts shot and killed nine and wounded more than 20 others before Dayton police shot and killed him, ending his attack.

Aprox 42K motor vehicle accident deaths last year in the USA. Estimated 27K of those with a Ford or GM product. Perhaps these same lawyers should sue to put these evil corporations out of business. As for the combined 174K employees affected they can get other high paying jobs , maybe in the solar panel industry along with the pipeline workers.
😫
Alternatively the company could just lower their wages in order to pay the lawsuit. Perhaps they would be interested - one way or the other - after that.
The floodgates have been opened.
There will be pudding.
Blood pudding.

How do folks selling 18-packs of cold beer avoid being sued?
Remington making their payout recently has opened the floodgates of litigation.
Alcohol is covered under "Dram Shop" laws where the bar, bartender, etc can be sued for over serving someone.
I thought this was going to chat about Playboy...
