Gunbrokers double sales taxes?

Has anyone else become concerned with how GB is implementing this "facilitator tax"? Dealer to dealer transfers are not taxable. Firearm purchases are done at the receiving dealers location and applicable taxes are collected on site. GB is charging the lister for taxes that are already paid in the receiving state. Another issue is that GB is facilitating illegal sales of firearms by forcing on the lister an out of state sales tax. The feds could consider the lister as having made an illegal sale since by implication of collecting an out of state sales tax a firearm was "delivered" to a bidder illegally.

The bean counters at GB seem to think a single non-firearm sale with @ $15 in out of state taxes shown in their order summary is billable for almost $113 in taxable sales???????????????????????????????????? Double check your statements.

Anyone else concerned? I have contacted my US rep and both senators about this issue. Each has responded with a personal return phone call. Each is also looking into the issue for me. I would strongly urge each of you to do the same.
