hi, I filed one on 7/14 for an auction that ended 7/4. Heard nothing back from gb. How do I find out any status. I'm out $180 with fees and charged tax.

Wait your turn.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
You have to relist the item.....file the non paying bidder report.....then after a few days you have to request the credit. If you follow the steps it will all, eventually, be corrected. You cannot skip steps or it will not ever be resolved.
Yes posted feedback and relisted.
In your GB, under support, it will have a section called "credit requests".....it will show all of your pending credit requests.
On the left side of the page under the reason for request you will see "pending, disputed, credit requested, or credit issued".....while it is still pending nothing can be done on your end to speed things up. If the customer disputes things it delays it a bit, but it eventually gets handled. Once you've filed a non paying bidder report they send a message to the buyer. So, it will not automatically let you request the credit until they have had time to hear from the buyer.
Once they've given the buyer their chance to clear things up it will allow you to "request credit" and you'll see a green box off to the right that you click on when its time. You click on that box and that is when the status changes from pending to credit requested. Its a lengthy process, but its necessary.
Yes on left says disputed. Don't know why. Buyer informed me he couldn't pay. I asked him why it says disputed. He never answered.
That is the hold up.....but don't worry, I've had that happen several times and it eventually gets sorted out. Its just the buyer delaying the inevitable.
JUST to add, we have all been there and yes it is frustrating but it WILL get ironed out in time.
