Home made fudge with walnuts😛
Lately it's been nduja. I never heard of it before either. It's an Italian thing. Calabrian specifically. I saw it on YouTube. I make the shortened version. Chef John from Food Wishes. I have to force myself to stay out of it. The traditional Italian version is very time involved .
" I have to force myself to stay out of it "
...It does sound really good, but...at 50+% fat content..😮...I think I can force myself to stay away from it...after eating that stuff for awhile you might need to call roto-rooter and have your arteries cleaned out...
The family all enjoy the Goteburg sausage I make...Pairs well with Monterey Jack and of course...BEER!!! This my granddaughter as I was teaching her how to make it...

Fried chicken gizzards when I can get them.
In addition to gizzards, I love livers too. There is a place here where you can get a mixed box of them..............now you got me thinking. I haven't been there in awhile.
My hoemade venison jerky . It is like edible crack ! Cant get enough of it Second would be chocalte chip cookies dunked in cold milk
My snacks vary quite often but currently I have been hitting on Winn Schulers bar cheese on TownHouse Pita crackers. I just looked up the stuff online for the spelling and found that Winn Schulers is just Cheese Whiz & Horse radish. Might save me some money if I make my own.
I also make my own pickled ring bologna a few times a year and snack on that with a good cheese and various snack crackers.
Venison jerky make on the smoker but it just doesn't last very long around here!
