It was posted on here a few days ago the three brothers all dying in a manure pit
they had there funeral ,.its just a small town but my sons told me they were guessing hundreds of tractors and farmers lining the road as the procession went to the cemetery here is part of the story

That's one of the sad facts of life in the ag industry. Things can go so terribly wrong in such a short time and the results are unimaginable.
I farm with my Son and Grandson. Would I risk my life for them? ABSOLUTELY, w/o a second thought. Would they for me? Unfortunately, most likely which is a pity. I'm old and expendable, they're neither.
I wonder what will happen to the farming operation that has been so grievously affected by this incident. Losing an entire generation is nearly insurmountable. What sort of plans did the family have that are now mute and unimportant? The long term implications of such a loss are mind boggling.
I was thinking that as well.
