I'm not at all sure what we can do. Get vaccinated? Everyone I know who's died of the chinavirus has been vaccinated. Half the people I know who've become very ill with it have been vaccinated. Masks? Many Doctors admit the masks provide little or no protection. Hydroxy apparently provides some prophylactic benefit, but you'd need a prescription. I guess "being careful" amounts to living in mortal fear of our fellow man and woman. That's a pretty miserable existence. Though I'll admit, it's better than becoming another casualty of Beijing's "plandemic".

    Well said 600.

The fear and anxiety created by the media is worse the the bat flu.

Seems to be all part of a bigger picture. We just ain't see the full movie yet.

The local news harps on the virus for half the program and that probably makes things worse by scareing people.Im sure you older guys remember when the news would report how bad the economy was until it scared people from spending money and the economy did get bad.

I haven't had the vaccine. #4 has been staying with me following ACL repair surgery. He hasn't been vaccinated either. He tested positive for Covid on the 16th after having hot/cold flashes without fever, fatigue and a rash on his torso. We suspected he had strep with scarletina. Nope.

On the 21st he tested negative. When he started having symptoms I gave him high dose D3, zinc, vitamin C, elderberry, pseudophedrine, doxycycline, prednisone, doctor prescribed a z-pack. He never developed any respiratory symptoms. At one point he said his nose felt like it does when you get water up your nose when swimming.

I also keep a humidifier and essential oil diffuser with peppermint and eucalyptus going in his room. He drank lots of water and Body Armor (similar to pedialyte for adults).

We treated it proactively which seemed to help. He also sat on the deck in the fresh air/sunshine everyday.

Bottom line is we treated it like we would a cold or the flu. I didn't isolate from him or do anything different than I normally do. Becoming ill with it seems to be a crap shoot. We have no idea where he contacted it. We can only think it was at his physical therapy appointment or ortho follow up appointment.

On a final note, my niece has had it three times with the vaccine and a friend of mine has had it twice without vaccine. I continue to be dumbfounded by this thing.

    Get well Varian. 🙏
