Payment from buyer

My buyers are not checking out and paying when they buy one of my items. I have to email them and ask what payment method they want, and then alter the invoice which holds up the shipping. I have all my accepted payment methods checked in my listings. Haven't sold on here for a while, but never had this problem before. Contacted support but they seem to be MIA. Thanks!

I send an invoice with DETAILED instructions as soon as an item sells.
Yep.....I have a winning bidder email that goes out to every auction winner. It cuts out any questions and gets the ball rolling.
Write up a general "congratulations" message with simple instructions and your info that you can send to everyone. I wish GB would create some way for this sort of thing to automatically go from a seller to a winning bidder.
and then on top of all those thing you have to worry about the Post Office not doing their job , I had a buyer mail payment on the 13th of this month, (as shown by USPS tracking ) , payment finally showed up today at 6:46pm ) 2 full weeks for a priority letter to get from FL to WI
Well, the Post Office is bringing back the Pony express. Bad news- they are using the original ponies.
Thanks everyone! One of my long time buyer says that he is frustrated about this also. So much easier on the other sites, buyer pays pronto or I get a notice that he is sending check, MO, etc.
A legend in their own mind Dano. 😕
Change USPS to USPPS (U.S. P^%$ Poor Service). Although I ordered an item last Sunday on line and it was delivered Thursday AM. Northern Missouri to S.W. Arkansas. I told my wife that even a blind hog could find an acorn occasionally, since they "lost" a check to our Credit card company last month for 18 days, causing them to try to charge me a late fee.
Dano:
How do you pay your credit card bill?
