I got my mind right now ... Boss ! πππ
Tubular Bells - Mike Oldfield originally recorded Tubular Bells in 1973 at the age of 19. The first album ever released by Virgin Records
It's being willing. I found out early that most men, regardless of cause or need, aren't willing. They blink an eye or draw a breath before they pull the trigger. I won't. ~ J.B. Books

I hadnβt heard that one for years. Wasnβt it on the sound track of a movie?
That was the music used in the Exorcist. Pretty appropriate use for it. Bob
I recall listening to thru the Bose 901 and phase linear amp.
with AR 9s

May 1973 I was building a runway on Diego-Garcia.
I suppose if you are high or tripping this music might be helpful.
Are we speaking of a personal experience ? π
Sounds like hippy tripping music from the '60's.
And that brought us the disgusting problem in DC right now.
I have heard it before. However in 1973 I donβt remember what country I was deployed in May of that year. We were on a Med. cruise and we stopped in many countries.
Without internet back them we missed a lot when we were deployed.
That's not the original version
I frickin' love Tubular Bells................I heard it back in "90 or so from a fellow soldier when I was enlisted. That is good stuff and I occasionally still listen to it.
Not so............you don't have to alter your mind to appreciate what Oldfield was doing.
It was innovative at the time in the use of the equipment. Now, that * can be done easily on a computer. Back then........they were doing real work to generate those "weird" sounds.
@gesshots Phase Linear and AR9s? BIG respect.
