Postal MO for a little over $600.00. Shows it was delivered Monday 8/30 "at or in mail box". AT 10:00 PM. WTF??? Ten P.M.??? I haven't seen any mail trucks running around that late around here.

good luck
Oh, I always look on the bright side and feel everything will always work out if only we believe.
The customer offered to send another M O but I told him to give it a few more days.
More so than Walmart tires.
What?
My Mail Lady got another route back in June. Noticed some packages in the back of her mini van. Ask her if she was still delivering Christmas packages. She told me... you have no clue and laughed
Well Dano, according the the new USPS TV ads they are new and improved. Isn't that what the taliban is saying too?
Good news- they are bringing back the Pony Express.
Bad news- using the original ponies.
A seller really has to have something I cant live without, for me to bid on an auction, where Postal Money Order is the only acceptable form of payment.
I've done so twice in all the years I've been on here.
I sold a Thompson center barrel to a party in MI. I shipped it USPS Priority Mail to the physical address they had listed on Gunbroker. A couple weeks later the package was returned to me minus the barrel. It was stamped "NO DELIVERY RECEPTACLE" or something similar. Turns out they get their mail at the post office. The barrel was apparently :LOST" on the way back to me. The buyer elected not to pay $3.60 for additional insurance so the package was only insured for $50.00. The Post Master helped me complete the claim and in about a week I received a check for $50.00. I was surprised as the last time I filed a claim it took a few months to get a refund. Knowing the Postmaster probably helped. I also filed a "Search For Lost Mail" and got an email a few days ago stating they are still looking. I doubt I ever see the barrel again.
I had a transaction happen like that once. Told the buyer to contact the carrier. He did. They figured out that a substitute carrier delivered the package to an address that was the same number but two streets off.
USPS has contracts with common carriers (UPS & Amazon). Not unusual for me to see them in the late afternoon/early evening. Drivers seem to work hard, I'm guessing the pay is good.

I had a SAA that ended over a month ago. The guy said he sent payment. We waited and it never showed up. I told him I cannot let this linger beyond a certain point. He sent postal money orders, so I gave him 30 days. His post office told him he had to wait 60 days before they would replace them. I had no choice but to file the non paying bidder report and relist the gun.
