Knife Manufacturer ID help

While digging through the wife's box of knives she has collected over the years, even found this one and need help identify the manufacturer.

I spent some time trying to ID the mark on the blade with no success.

One side has PAKISTAN and SURGICAL STEEL, perhaps laser engraved?

The other has what appears to be a buck with a nice rack.

Under the buck is what I have difficulty reading.

******* CUTLERY is all I can decipher.

Anyone recognize the maker's mark?
