China has a Lehman style commercial property crash happening right now and the poor investors are getting stiffed for the interest payments,The Chinese government need U.S. dollars to stem the tide so they will just dump their holdings of debt of U.S. bonds to smooth out their own collapse.

Oh, wait who are going to buy them back? The Federal Reserve, you say?

"If as expected Evergrande is defaulting on its debt and goes through a restructuring, I don't see why it would be contained," Michel Lowy of banking and asset management firm SC Lowy, which focuses on distressed and high-yield debt, said.

"There are other developers that are suffering from the same problem of no access to liquidity and have extended themselves too much," Lowy added.

Other worries include the exposure of banks and the determination of regulators to press on with property market reforms despite hints of damaging consequences.

Reaction has so far concentrated in the bond market and on Evergrande's stock, as well as the stocks and bonds of other developers such as, among others, Guangzhou R&F Properties Co 2777.HK and Xinyuan Real Estate Co XIN.N..HK

Evergrande shares are down about 90% in 14 months, while its dollar bonds are trading at 60-70% below par.

"Stress is mounting for the most obvious grey rhino in China, namely the real estate sector," Natixis economist Alicia Garcia Herrero said.

I doubt if there will ever be a NWO. Like I have mentioned before dont expect the dollar to remain the world currency much longer. IMHO the collapse will be by the end of this decade.

There will be a one reserve world currency for trade with SDR's and the IMF.Nation states will be controlled by their policies and The USA will just be another state trying to pay off it's debt to them. The good ole days are about over for us.

Collapsing the dollar is the only way to lessen the overwhelming debt burden the last 6 Presidents and the last 12 Congresses have stick us with. It will further destroy the upper middle class, which seems to be the goal of this administration.

Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.

Hitting the debt ceiling could cause a recession," the memo said. "Economic growth would falter, unemployment would rise, and the labor market could lose millions of jobs.

The White House is warning state and local governments of substantial cuts to federally funded measures such as Medicaid, school lunch, and disaster relief programs if Congress fails to raise the debt ceiling.

In a new memo sent to state and local governments on Friday and obtained by Insider, the Biden administration laid out how a potential US default would ripple through at the state and local level. Programs that could face major reductions in federal aid include Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program, both measures that provide free health insurance to tens of millions of low-income Americans.
