I know there is a Chevy Bowtie on the steering wheel, but is it a Chevy ? 😊
It's being willing. I found out early that most men, regardless of cause or need, aren't willing. They blink an eye or draw a breath before they pull the trigger. I won't. ~ J.B. Books

Look like a 1949 thru 1952.

You can enlarge the image until you can see the speedometer is in kilometers and the hood has way too much curve for a Chevy.
To me the give-away is the gear shifter on the floor with the bootcover on it.

The little hand in the windshield says "TAXI" on it. Wonder what that is all about.
The steering wheel is.
Is that in Cuba?
Looks like it is 8 o'clock
buddyb has it right, '49 to '52 Chev, I believe it's a '50.
The wing window is broken.
It has add-on turn signals.
Specifically a 1949 or 1950. The steering wheel is not original (at least not in this country). Never had floor shifters either.
One of those Furrin' Chebies!!
