Bidder backed out of deal

Buyer backed out of deal, I was charged taxes and listing fees even after I re-listed and gun did not sell. Listing ended so I initiated process to refund listing fees. I still have gun I tried to sell and fear if I list it bidders are not dependable and back our for no good reason? There is no customer call phone number to get help! How does a website operate without human presence? Gunbroker automatically takes money out of my account and I can’t even call someone to ask what the charge was for!
