Maritime maps and shallow water pipelines

Any of you learned fellows here know anything of maritime maps?
I’m curious if in shallow water areas, if undersea pipelines, communication trunk lines are marked?
The Cook Inlet has several undersea pipelines and I am pretty positive Louisiana and other coastal area would also.
My point is, if your map showed an undersea line of any kind, why would you drop anchor, also if it were a large commercial vessel, ie; freighter, container ship, shouldn’t they be able to position track to see what vessel was in the area?
I don’t think a simple 25’ private fishing vessel could displace a concrete encased pipeline 105’

Isn't that an area where there are dozens of container ships anchored because they can't get unloaded? Coastal areas with good holding are limited, and so they must be really crowded.
