I have sent a couple of messages to support, but have not heard anything back yet. I imagine that support is very busty and I hope that nobody wins the scam auction that is up under my original account.

I am surprised that GB allows anyone who can get into an account to change the email address without asking permission from the existing email account. They could at least have a link to click on the notification asking if the change is legit.

While I have never met anyone in support, I think it inappropriate to assume their performance has anything to do with them being busty. A bit misogynistic, don't you think?
