That Colt would be one of the last ones I would sell if I was starving.

The serial number, as posted, does coincide with 1975 and would not be C&R eligible as far as I know.
That will get you some good coin. Very nice items.
All 2nd Generation Colt SAA's are C&R eligible, right through 1976, per ATF.
From the ATF C&R List: "Colt , Single Action Army (2nd Generation) revolvers, having S/Ns from 0001SA to 82000SA, all calibers, made between 1956 and 1976"
