Thinking of owning one of these. Anyone have first hand experience with one?
Good, bad, ugly, etc. Thanks.

Here ya go ,,,,,,,
A little crude looking but if it shoots that good, who cares. Other than a Ruger single six the only other 22 mag revolver I ever owned was a S&W mod48. That Smith would digest Winchester 22 mags just fine, but use CCI and you darn near needed a hammer to eject the empties. Polishing the chambers didn't help and the worst thing was it shot CCI better than the Winchesters. Hopefully the Rock Island isn't as finicky. Bob
i have the 22lr and they 22 magnum semi auto pistol and i really like them
I would buy a new one, if I can find one locally, I want to put hands on before I make the decision.
I had the ruger and it shot better with the 22 wrf than the 22 magnum, or 22 lr.
That's a new one on me.......although, a few years back I bought one of Rock Island's 22TCM Target autos.
Back in the day, I bought a S&W 48 6 inch and then fitted a 22LR cylinder assembly.
I still have my S&W 648 6 inch, and an AMT Lightning 22Mag.
Did I mention I have always liked 22 Magnums???!!............:)
