I was when I had a colt trooper.
Haven't had one for any my semi auto's, but been thinking of trying one for my 3" kimber .45

It’s all I use. But I wear mine a little low and orient the barrel vertically under my arm.
What kind is the most comfortable one, that does not leave stripes on your shoulders, at the end of the day?
I have a leather shoulder holster with magazine holders on the opposite side.
I utilize it in the winter under coats and jackets, for various 1911's
i like them. i use the Galco Miami Classic for my 1911's. i also use the optional belt straps with it. works very well with a sports coat or jacket.
No
Worked well when I was thinner. Not so well now.
Having one made for my 1911, as we speak. Vertical gun, horizontal mag pouch on opposite side. LH shooter.
I would like to have one like Don Johnson’s in Miami Vice.
I have always thought I'd like to have one for my Ruger Alaskan 44 and/or my SR9 but have yet to purchase one, I would appreciate hearing more from those of you who have them as far as pros/cons of the brands you have. I also mostly just wear T-shirts all year round and soon a light Jean jacket (it's almost our colder time of year) so please share your thoughts.
In the summer when you sweat and do not wear a coat: No
In the winter when you wear a coat or jacket: Yes
Not at all. And particularly not after learning about the advantages to appendix carry.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
You don’t have to worry about losing you firearm when you do your business.
Detective Fish on Barney Miller had the whole gun/potty break thing figured out.
I had one in the mid 80's for my 686....Never used it much...
I have a couple for hunting revolvers now. Fine for hunting but not much use otherwise for me.....
