Mighty fine eating

Had a small venison roast thawed, about two pounds. I was going to cube it up and make some venison and broccoli but had a couple of boxes of black beans and rice mix in the cabinet. Started the beans and rice then browned the cubed venison in some olive oil (EVOO) with some seasoning and added it in. HMMMMMMM some good eatin right there. Could use some tortillas and sour cream which I don't have in the house but I do have some biscuits and so it's venison with beans and rice along with some hot biscuits for supper.
