Just a rainy October day. The moisture
has finally arrived.

Beautiful country ,,,,, 😊
They are at the confluence of the middle fork and south fork of the Clearwater. We got slightly over 3/4" on Friday. About the first measurable rain since March. Send some more on up to us Rocky!
I have a buddy that lives South of town, up on the ridge East of the Clearwater high school.
darn pretty country for sure.
Mule
Nice!! Possible wind gusts to 70 mph here today, and rain. Lots of rain, 10" so far this month. Got the battery in our standby power (Hobart welder) yesterday, and made sure is was ready to take over for Bonneville.
We have some catching up to do as far as moisture goes. At least this last is going to allow us to safely get some slash piles going.
As far as generators go, I've got everything from a Honda 1k inverter to a UP refrigerated boxcar unit , only 12k but runs a 256 Detroit and weighs about 2100 lb. Three others in between. Picked a couple up at auction and got them running. Almost as bad as guns.😉
Seen a sweet deal on a generator on CL, down your way. Cat powered 250K trailer mounted unit for $10K.
It still is😉 shame so many mills have closed around here. Still beautiful as ever but getting harder to make a living. Nightforce is in Orofino though.
I love that little town. I have fond memories of doing my fire school training there. And not so fond memories of celebrating my 21st birthday in a bar there.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Yes, those darn bars can be like that!😉
