Looks like fun. Where would you drive it? To enjoy the car you would have to have access to a track.
On the street. One could enjoy the car without any access to a track. Like saying buying a firearm you couldn't enjoy it without shooting an animal.
670
Not being produced till mid summer. There will be a list of folks on order. Dealer premium over manufacturer will be 15-30k. , I know of one Corvette friend that is on two Chevrolet Dealers list to get one.
As many as ordered. Will go down assembly line with the other Corvettes, however body panels are different. A lot of them will go overseas.
Very nice. I would love to have one. Nothing like sitting behind the wheel of a ‘vette.
Neighbor had one with the Z engine and I did drive it. It was fast and would accelerate to 75 in a few seconds and handled like a dream. Neighbors vette was his dream car and he was 70 years old when he finally could afford one.
His vette on an approved racetrack would top end at 190 mph.
However, the fastest he could legally drive here is 75 mph. The vette ground clearance is tiny. Neighbor sold the vette because disappointed he could not drive it close to its full potential and never regretted it.
The poor Ferrari/ Lambo folks here in the USA who have real fast cars... That new Corvette should run 205 at least . Twice the HP as my 96 Grand Sport which has a shut off at 168MPH. I might sell a car in the collection to buy one. My hobby and I will take the plunge
My Land Rover has 67hp and I'll race that Vette any day for pinks.
But I get to pick the course. 😉 First one to my front door.
Corvette driver whipped past us, weaving through traffic on I-270 in St. Louis. The roar was awesome, he had the top down letting the wind whip his hair on a balmy 60 degree day.
Down the road a bit before we got to I-55 we saw him and an admirer exchange information on the right side of the road. 😆

Drove and owned a hot rodded 70 convertible for several years . Nothing like raw horsepower and a slick shifting 4 speed to put a grin on your face
GM already working on the newer E Ray Corvette. The Electric Corvette maybe with a gasoline engine but bets may be off on that.
Couldn’t imagine an electric Corvette. I like the rumble of those V8’s too much. Especially one with a nice big cam that makes you think when it is idling the motor is not going to run, then you mash on the gas and it comes to life. Exhilaration!
Ohh yes, in the 70's dating me here at Byron Dragstrip , but when that LS-6 454 came back from pit road cruising past the spectators at low speed was like the nuts on steroids, that sound, ohh my.🤗
The LS-6 was available in the 1970 Chevelle but not the Corvette in 1970, Here is a built one
