Southeast Missouri just had a bit of a rumble. 4.0 earthquake this evening. Storms were rolling through when all of a sudden it felt as if a car just hit the west side of the house.
I checked the weather to make sure no tornadoes were coming through. Nope. Hopped on Facebook to see if anyone else had experienced the "my house got hit by a car" moment. Yep. Earthquake. Epicenter was just north of Poplar Bluff.
I live on the New Madrid fault line so we have them occasionally. This is the largest we have had recently.

Stay safe.
Heck, we all thought you were gonna do the Hootchy Kootchy!!!
Now, that ,,,,,,,,, would ‘fry’ every computer on GB !!! 🤣
you are on the New Madrid fault line. Watch Out it is going to blow! Again.
From the title I expected to see a video of your dogs all wagging their tails at once... growing up in California, earth quakes are something I don't get excited about...
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I left Illinois over 50 years ago; the New Madrid isn't my fault.
Is that a flugelhorn I hear?
