* is grass under a lawn mower comes to mind for the shooter.
But then I was not there.
The retreat then return is quite damning for sure.
Innocent until proven guilty. What was he thinking?
He did grab the little guy, and throw him off the porch. Assault and battery but not a lethal threat on the part of the deceased.
Very interesting case looks like the shooter is a good candidate for a manslaughter conviction.
ps. In case any of yall wondered, if a man has a loaded rifle and tells you to leave, then just leave. DO NOT grab him and throw him off the porch.
It is time to leave.
ps2 And be polite on your way to your car.
According to the comments on the video, he shot a round off at the decease's feet, first. I couldn't tell, watching on my phone.
They are also saying no charges will be filed.
Texas does have a "had it coming" law.
Be interesting to watch this one play out.
He did fire a warning shot at the feet of the deceased.
TWO DUMBAZZES and one DRT. WTH, just leave and the other one shouldn't have pushed it. IDK how this plays out, voluntary manslaughter?
He should be good on this
Folks being folks. Not a lick of sense in the bunch.
Notice not a single person there was trying to help the guy? Seems he shot him in the head and help wasn't going to matter, but no one tried.
I've dealt with my exes concerning custody issues. I won't go into them except to say reason sometimes is not on display and aggravation must be controlled.
There was a similar situation posted on this forum many years back.
One thing I learned from Nunn on that post that has served me as great advice in life over the last 15-20 years is if you are armed, avoid situations that could be avoided.
I don’t know the history or legality of this video, but this guy did not need to be shot, as far as I can tell.
Can't see that a gun should have been introduced. Heck, my mom used to throw me farther than that when I was being my usual self. Domestic disputes are a "timebomb" .
Well the chickens seem more concerned for the guy shot than the people did.
Unbelievable how the 3 people did not act concerned as the guy lay there dead. Makes me wonder if they had it planned. A set up.
