I have set up my gunbroker pay account and used credit cards for both my primary a d secondary pay methods. Will I be subject to the extra fees some sellers charge in auctions when I purchase their items?

yes, IF they charge extra for credit card purchases......
If you pay using quick check-out through Gunbroker, the CC fee will go to Gunbroker and the seller will be paid by Gunbroker. You should not pay the fees twice.

From what I'm able to ascertain from your grammar is you're curious as to whether or not you will incur a fee when using your card to pay for an item on this site.
The answer is, it depends. If they accept cards, in the same area where they tell you what methods they accept, they'll also tell you the credit card fee if they accept credit cards.
