Ooops, and he's shipping his ammo the same way..

That guy's gonna get his hiney handed to him.
Only if he gets caught. I bought 5,000 primers a year ago that had $15 shipping, with no mention of the shipper. They arrived in a flat rate box also. I figured that if it wasn't mentioned in the auction, it wasn't my problem...
Does it all get delivered on the same truck ?
Just at the point of final delivery. No airplane rides for Hazmat, and those primers are hazmat whether that seller knows it or not.
I will never understand why people want to worry about someone else's business, like they don't have enough of their own to take care of.
Just when the last panic had started friend I had never met in person asked me if I could find some primers for plastic indoor target shells. I located them 50 miles away, got 1000 for her and since I have those same plastic rounds I got 1000 for me, too, at 15 cents apiece. Then I found out I couldn’t ship them to her and we finally met in person after 19 years of acquaintance.
I'm not worried about it, if I was, I would have mentioned it. Thanks for taking the time to post though.....
I don't think it's out of line to be upset with how someone is taking a risk. If I were the buyer and didn't know the rules, I would imagine that the seller was following the proper ways of doing things. What happens when things aren't done right is a risk for the buyer as much as the seller. The package might be confiscated, and the seller would say "well, talk to the post office, you saw it was shipping USPS in the ad."
USPS Inspectors are the oldest Law Enforcement in the country. They do not play around.
I don't care how I get it as long as I get it. The delivery method is up to them, but I had better get it.
