Forecast has been pretty consistent that we will have about 4 days in a row that won't be above freezing next week, with snow accumulation each day. Pretty rare for for the west side of Oregon. Looking forward to the global warming trend though.

Yep, lo and behold, we have the same forecast as you.😉
If that's the case, you will get 10 feet of snow and we will get six inches,at least that's the way it seems when it rains. It's pretty incredible how much more rain you get than us, and only 100 or so miles North. Them Olympic hills play a big part...
Nope, my forecast for mid Michigan is for rain and a temp in the 40s Friday and Saturday and then just above freezing for most of next week. That's a couple of degrees warmer than normal. It won't break my heart to not have a white Christmas because I don't have to shovel rain. Bob
much, much, warmer here on the gulf coast. looks like mid 70's all week
43 for a high today. Low 38.. by end of week we will be in the high 60's
you guys can keep this early stuff over there or send it up to Steve. I'm tired of plowing the drive already. Late February or March I can live with.😉
Ditch the plow and get a blower, PJ! I did our 1/2 mile + lane this morning in less than a half an hour. 1 pass out, 1 pass back. Snow was only 6 inches deep and was light as a feather so it went pretty quick. The heated cab on the Kubota makes it a whole lot less of a chore!
I guess we're gonna be below 0 starting next week. Looks like some extra rations will be in order for the cow-babies and their mothers.
Do you have a front mount on your Kubota Steve? I've got an old 6ft JD blower on one of the tractors but find looking over my shoulder gets me aching pretty fast. I'm just a good whinner. 😉
Please define "colder than normal"
Just 10 miles north of Cadillac Bob and our temps will be on the border for freezing rain. I hate this the most!! I'd much rather contend with just SNOW!
Yeah, it fits to a carriage arrangement that mounts from underneath. That carriage allows you to swap between the blower, a blade, or many other attachments pretty quick. The downside is that you have to remove the front end loader for it to fit. I don't know why they didn't just design those implements to attach to the loader.
I wonder how much of a chore it'd be to mount your blower on that Case skid steer? I can pretty well guarantee you'd want to enclose and heat the cab before moving much snow with it!
I just saw the forecast for Christmas.....its going to be 72 Christmas day. I think we are just skipping winter altogether down here in Alabama.
Don't get me wrong, its been chilly at times, but give it a minute and you're rethinking that cute sweater you put on that morning. I'm guessing it will cool off eventually...but for now, I'm still having to turn my A/C on at times.
Starting tonight, we're said to have rain and snow for the next week solid. Highs about freezing. That is in fact normal for northern Utah. Our winter cycle is a snow storm/front about every third day. The next two overlap, though.
forcast for christmas and few days after, mid 60 or higher here in WVa, must be that global warming.......
Just looked at the local weather predictions and its supposed to be 85F Christmas Eve, 84F Christmas day and 85F again on Sunday here just north of Ft. Worth....
ETA: currently about 56 and tomorrow supposed to make it to the 70s.... dropped to about 32F overnight 2 days ago... like they say here in Texas, if you don't like the weather, stick around it will change...
Showing snow for the next week and single digit lows next week. Usually when it clouds up and snows around here, the temps stay up. Time for "Cold Smoke" in more ways than one.
All mid 70's next week.
Going to be upper 70s here Christmas day and in the 80s next week.
No snow shovel here just sun screen.
According to the forecast: Friday 60.
Sat. 66.
Sun. 71.
Mon. 69.
Tues. 70.
Living in South Carolina mid Sept thru mid May is like Heaven on earth!! June, July and Aug. is often pretty rough. I don't know how people lived here before air conditioning!
When I lived in the NW suburbs of the twin cities, there were a few suburbs, that the police rode their motorcycles year round.
They geared up, like on a snowmobile, and had sidecar frames, to keep them horizontal.
Wouldn't see them in inclement weather, but would see them with clear skies, -20.
Forecast is 70°and gusty winds ,20mph . Sunday is 73 and sunny . Next week every day in the high 60s or low to mid 70s
Looks like we’re going negative mid week. Below normal, but not unusual.

Yep, we are forecast to have some highs around 25° next week. While not unheard of, that's getting pretty cool for us.
Also forecast to get some snow. I already have the rear counterweight on the tractor, and gonna go out and air the rear tires down some. I had a heck of a time pushing snow last year, because the tractor's too light. With the counterweight, and aired down tires, it should do better. Swore I was going to scare up some chains last summer. Guess what I didn't do?😥
Barely cold enough to hang a deer overnight in north MO by 12/28-29
I just picked up a set of chains at Schwabe's, for the JD with the blower on it. Didn't even get a kiss!
