Browning A5 Magnum 12 Vs. Browning A5 Standard 12 Internal Parts Differences (Bolt Link)

AusteniteAustenite Member Posts: 2

I am building my very first Browning A5 Magnum from a stripped receiver. Built plenty of standard 12s. My question is, when I look at the bolt link part number, I see that Browning lists different part numbers for the standard 12 vs. the Magnum 12 bolt link. What is the physical difference between the two? I have looked at pictures on Jack First Gun Parts, Midwest Gun Works and Numrich Gun Parts. Without actually ordering one and sitting it side by side with a standard link, I can't visually see a difference. They look to be the same length. Thanks for any info!

I've attached a pic with a Magnum 12 link (top) and the standard 12 (bottom) that I found on the internet. I'm just not seeing a difference.
