Crowded up in planes and bars somewhere along the way in Wyoming the 'rona got me. Woke up this morning with a queasy stomach. No reason for it. That was #4's first symptom.
I have rapid tests, so I took one. Positive. Got a slight runny nose and that's it for the moment. Have an appointment for monoclonal antibody infusion on Friday.
In the meantime zinc, vitamin D, B and C. I also doubled my supplements of fruits, veggies and berries.

Here's to hopin for a super speedy recovery.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Fluids ..lots of fluids get well
Looks like you are doing the right stuff. You be good in a few days.
Aspirin, fluids, rest. But I'm not a doctor.
No doctor here but the infusion should do the trick. Several friends received it and started recovering within a day or so.
Starting to be a big shortage everywhere. You are fortunate to have it available.
Prayers for a fast recovery.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery! Sounds like you are doing all the right things and that should help. Bob
Been chugging ginger ale with the queasiness. Supplementing with water between cans of ginger ale.
I'm thinking dinner is going to be PB&J except instead of grape jelly I fix mine with orange marmalade and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
hot mug of sweet tea with some honey in it. If you wanna go bold, some rum with milk in a mug and say goodnight.
I hope your symptoms are mild, and you get over it quick. I had the bat pox right after Thanksgiving. I got off quite easy compared to some.
Get well soon.
best of luck and a fast recovery
a few months back when my wife oldest son and I had covid ( wife had a real bad time of it ) we also had the "infusion " about 3 minutes into mine my heart went crazy they stopped the infusion called in several doctors and nurses told them stop now the docs think the infusion had a reaction and caused my heart problem but would not openly state it . they gave a few minutes 1/2 hr or so to see If I was going to make it ( LOL ) then sent me home as is but would never give me a reason why
From what I understand and from what I read. This new virus settles more in the throat and upper part of the lungs, and not the lower part of the lungs. If you can,I would see about having a doctor try and get you some of this new anti viral medicine. The infusion can stop you from having some procedures done if needed. Some procedures would be having vaccinations. Hopefully it will be mild as they have been saying. Good luck.
Some of my extended family has had it this go around and symptoms improved after 2-3 days. Mostly it's been sinus issues and not as much cough as the previous lines.
Well dang, guess you will be able to say “A winter vacation to Wyoming, is a gift that keeps on giving”.
Seriously, hope you got the only omicron or light version and recover quickly.
Gotta keep you healthy so next visit, you get to see vistas that Ansel Adams didn’t.
Mule
Prayers for a full, speedy, and relatively comfortable recovery, Susie!
Fluids, fluids, fluids, and when you're tired of that more fluids! And rest. Don't forget to rest.
I guess this version of the flu is not affected by the cold.
This^^^
Sorry to hear Susie and I hope you nip it in the bud and recover completely and quickly.
Susie, I hope you feel better soon. I had it three weeks ago. Had both shots and a booster, so I think they don't have a clue on how to stop this thing. Oak
Stay safe, I hope you get well soon !
And be sure to .......
🤣
Those taking vitamin D need to take vitamin K2 as well. That is K2, not plain vitamin K. Research it on Google or YouTube.
