Never thought I'd buy a Glock

As a dyed-in-the-wool S&W wheel gun man for whom the 1911A1 is pretty much the only acceptable non-revolver, I never would have bought a Glock.
My wife thought she wanted one so I asked her what model or caliber? She didn't have a clue. I got her a model 43. We haven't been to the range with it yet.

I used to recruit for the NRA until they sold us down the river (again!) in Heller v. DC. See my auctions (if any) under username henryreilly

Our stories are the same, a model 43 was our first Glock also.
As long as she is happy.
Happy wife happy life.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Marriage is a 50/50 partnership. The wife wants something and the husband better provide it. The husband wants something and the wife thinks of reasons why it is stupid. That's partnership! 😄 Bob
My condolences...
when we say "I do" little did we know it was short for
I do relinquish all my rights and decisions to my wife 🤨
