Nice site. Thank you!
Interesting data. Thanks, Joe.

Welcome. Found it while just kicking around the web and thought it was cool info.
Great Joe, thanks for sharing that. I was surprised how old some of those cartridges are.
As I looked through the list you posted most every useful self defense handgun chambering had been designed by 1905. 45 Colt, 38 Special, 9MM and 45ACP.
Everything you need to hunt just about any animal you would want to hunt was created by 1906. Tell me that the 45-70, 6.5x55 Swede, the 30-30 and the 30-06 wouldn't meet 99.9% of your hunting needs right now, today.
Looks to me like anything after 1906 is sorta unnecessary!! 😁
Lots of stuff missing: IE first American Mil carts: 58 Allin, 50-70 Springfield.
Joe, that was really cool. I just sent it to my Dad. He loves that stuff.
Wired coincidence, my favorite belted cartridge, the 7mm magnum was created the same year I was born, 1962
Thanks for the link.
Couldn't help but notice the .358 win missing.
Also missing the 25-35 Winchester.
Great info Joe. Yeah, missing a few "notables". 30-03, 44 Walker, .22 hi-power, etc. but still a very informative site. Thanx for sharing!
Very nice!
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Not all there... But it Helps
