had to go to DANOworld............
granddaughter has her prescriptions set up there. As I was waiting for the line to thin out a bit, I noticed a new row of shelving and a bunch of clearance signs, so I walked over to look around the junk. found a box of raw salt blocks for deer, these are usually $10-$15, they had 4 left for $4 apiece so I took the whole box, I used them out at my deer blind. sitting right beside it was a RCBS hand primer new in box marked down to $40. I took my knife and opened the box, someone had put packing tape over every corner, to see if everything was still in the box. I figured someone may have returned it missing a part or two. All the parts and pieces were there and I couldn't find any damage so in the cart it went right beside the case of salt blocks. A little farther down was a row of Alka seltzer plus cold medicine, 16 count nighttime capsules, also marked down to $4, so I got 3 of them, as I take them anytime I get an itchy throat or stuffed up nose, and haven't had a bad cold in years, guess the bargains are out there at wallyworld if you look hard enough.
Only bad thing was after this latest snow/ice storm there wasn't a gallon of milk in the store except a few gallons of some type of organic milk at $8 a gallon, I can wait a day or two for the regular stuff, also noticed on my way back to pharmacy a whole shelf of 12ga shells, $12 a box and box of 5ct slugs for almost the same price. only thing that was weird was there were only about 4 shotguns and one 22lr on the entire gunrack, usually about 20-25 or more, with last nights ice/snow storm only passed about 3 cars on the way out and back, and parking lot only had about 20-30 cars in it, looked for Dano but never saw anyone in a pink tutu who could pass for him, maybe next time............

i always make a side trip to the clearance isle when i go there. one of my best times is at the end of the summer and all the gardening stuff is on clearance.
you saved enuff money to stop by McDonalds and pay full price. Save that coupon for another day.
Here milk at Walmart comes in these strange white colored plastic gallon jugs. The white coloring has always made me wonder (and pass on buying) if they are hiding something. Milk is white enough without a disguise.
For some reason the past 2 years have awakened my "Spidey Senses" almost to a tin foil hat case!
Was not at Walmart but went to local grocery store last night, storm started yesterday so did not get there before storm, whole frozen food isle was wiped out.
People are buying like there will never be anything left again in the store.
