how does one get verified?
I keep on getting kicked off for 24 hours

Type Gun Broker Pay into the forum search engine and you will find 31 pages of issues with GB Pay. I'm inclined to believe that there is nothing to do with GB Pay that hasn't been discussed here before.
Even so, I'll leave that to the forum moderators to decide.
