Found this beautiful Quality CZ457 Varmint in 22Rimfire. l will be sending the seller a USPSMO this morning to pay for this JEWEL. Made from Blue Steel and Walnut like GOD, Oliver Winchester, Sam Colt intended. lt was even ''PROOFED'' before it left the CZ factory. lmagine that😲.
ln these days of $300 a brick for primers and $100 a pound powder l just can't afford to shoot CENTERFIRE.
@10-15cents apiece for 22s l can shoot my new CZ457 TWICE compared to the price of just ONE primer. l'm NOT blaming anyone or bashing any vendor. A business truth has always been Supply and Demand. Buy low, Sell a bit higher. 🤑

l bought the gun so l could shoot competition in 'Rimfire Silhouettes'. Our local match is in Gainesville Ga, Close to GunBrokers' home in Kennesau Ga. We shoot IHMSA steel targets of chicken, pig, turkey, ram from 75 out to 210yds.
Shot off a bench with lots of scope dialing because a Standard Velocity(1070fps) 40gr 22RF bullet will drop 60 inches in 210yards. Match is held @ Cherokee Gun Club

Nice gun FC. From my experience, the Federal auto match hasn't shot well in very many of my guns. I've also had quite a few CZ's in my years, and most shot fairly well, the 22's the best, the 17's not so much. If your trigger isn't the greatest, look up https://www.yodaveproducts.com/the-457-trigger.html, for the price, it can really improve the trigger w/o having to spend the $ on a timney or trigger tech trigger.
Thanks for the response toad. One point l've learned about this CZ is its reluctance to chamber CCI Stingers. Twas not a surprise due to the Match chamber, but it was a letdown. l wanted the velocity for shooting critters like ground squirrels. This CZ is a VARMINT gun. Punching paper or shooting steel silhouettes is practice for killing varmints. l'd like to try some Aguila 30gr Super Max. They are about the fastest 22lr @1700fps
