Is it just a chamber insert for single shot rifles?
The liner is 25 3/8” long ,,,,,,,
Is the liner rifled?
I had one, used for black powder cartridge short range matches. most I've seen were very accurate, but you do have to 'flick' the empties out with a small screw driver.
