Half of my photos won’t load on new format

I’ve been on multiple devices today and half of the photos for most auctions won’t load. I feel that I will lose a lot of money as I have some auctions ending soon to which their photos won’t load..

Change camera settings?
not a cam problem , many pix vanished
Last week my pictures one or two were not popping up. Tonight half my auctions thumb nails are gray- Ya think we could get a email or maybe another "pop-up at log in" telling us their are tech issues.
Then having to log in each and every time even just now had to log into go back to my page

I sent a request to support and since then i realize after you search and click on one item and erase back, format goes back to original small pictures and grid or list option one time.
I remember the good old days when I could type in description of firearm and get back only that firearm and related parts without all the other unrelated items.-------Ray
Yeah but that system seemed to work so it had to be changed to something completely frustrating and not user friendly.
