Springfield XD-M Elite Compact 3.8” 10mm vs Hellcat PRO 9mm

Has anyone tried both of these firearms? I don’t have the resources to buy both. The original Hellcat was too small for me (larger hands). The Hellcat Pro might do the trick, however, I like 10mm and I’m concerned that the XD-M Compact Elite in 10mm with the 3.8” barrel is too small for the 10mm round both in fitting my hands and in power of the round. I love and use full size 10mm pistols regularly just have concerns about the smaller package. Any feedback would be appreciated.

All I know is that the trigger on the Hellcat is about the worst I have ever tried.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Take a look at the EAA Witness.. Italian in 10mm
I have an XDM 10mm with the 4.5 inch barrel. It fits my hands way better than a Glock 20/21/30.
It's a big gun still - I find I like shooting 40sw out of more than 10mm.
It's my future Alaska trip gun.
Get some Underwood hardball and you are good to go. BTW.. isn't it sweet shooting .40 to practice.
