I always love doing something different for the first time. I must concede I didn't enjoy the first time I ever put 43 bucks worth of gas in my Corolla.
I might feel differently if there was a good reason for these price increases. Like a refinery fire or a couple of terrorist attacks on our pipelines but to have these increases due to a stroke of Old Joe's pen makes me seriously POed!
And it REALLY chaps my * knowing these price increases are so Putin has more money to wage his war against The Ukraine. 😫😔😪

125.00 to put 30.5 Gal in the F250. That should last a good 3 weeks or maybe 4
Joe Biden is the single entity responsible for high gas prices: Not Putin, not the war in Ukraine, not oil companies just JOE BIDEN.
Price Gouging
Filled up the family wagon (Chevy Express 3500) the other day. When the pump handle finally clicked, I’d hit $141.06.
When I fill the Tundra,I lock the nozzle and walk away until I hear it click off, then I look.Too painful to watch the whole process.
100% agree! Thanks Joe, AND everyone who voted for him!
Sadly, the war with Ukraine will start to hit the gas pumps soon, then it will be 7-8 dollars a gallon, the Democraps dream!
Never in my life has there been a bumper sticker on any vehicle I've owned, until now.
My truck currently dons a "Let's go Brandon" sticker.
Don't listen to the idiots in the media. This has nothing to do with Putin, it started before the war broke out, it has everything to do with Biden.
$100 didn't even fill my truck. Fuel cost is almost $40 an hour just to run my excavator.
Gas doubled from inauguration till Putin invaded. Lol. Not him. We were energy independent. The keystone xl would have more than made up from Russian imports
Keystone is not the answer. It is just an alternative to how the oil is moved. The impact of the cancelation was the loss of jobs.
Edit to add that I would be thrilled to fill up for $43. My truck holds 35 gallons. Try to drive the car as much as possible. With the extreme weather it is a challenge.
@susie I'll agree on the loss of jobs was biggest impact of Keystone canceling, but he also stopped a lot of other things like drilling permits and lease renewals which did and does impact our being energy independent.
I started filling my truck a long time ago every time I go to town ( not very often ) but it eases the pain of the $$$ of filling a 30 some thing ( 32 or 36 I do not remember which ) gallon gas tank
we stopped a couple days ago filled up the wifes accord on th eway to the Vet but the gas pump could not have ran much slower I think it was torturing me on purpose just slowing watching the $$ sigh roll by LOL
Yes- if you are like me, your Tundra has the tow package, part of which is a 38 gallon gas tank!
...Dont get too excited over a mere $43.00...it will soon cost more...senile Joe shutting down the Keystone pipeline costs us around 850,000 barrels of oil a day, that would have gone straight to Gulf coast refineries...considering 'ol Joe has failed at EVERYTHING hes touched, best hang on tight...
Just heard on the evening news that Tom Brady is coming out of retirement already. Must have just got back from the gas station.
Filled my truck, my bride's ride and 15 gallons to get going on some yard and fence row work.....
I don't want to talk about it...😵
We shop at Krogers locally. they have a great selection in normal times, and a decent selection in these crazy times. PLUS you get points for the amount of groceries you buy that can be used at their gas pumps. I filled up today and got $.80 off per gallon. I had a little under 1/2 tank of gas in my F150 and put in 14.674 gals. at $3.299/gal. for a total of $48.41.
No more than I drive it, I should be good for a couple of months.
Joe
I had the 'tank wagon' put 300 gallon of red diesel in my farm tank about 10 days back. Just enough to get us to 4/1 when our contracted fuel delivery begins--$1050 and that won't even fill all the equipment ONCE. Running at 75% load our primary tractors will burn 30 gallons per hour so that 300 gallon is just one long day.
The majority of Americans don't have a clue as to how much damage has already been done by Biden's shutdown of the Dakota pipeline.
They will get a clue when the truckers start charging more for deliveries.
