Just saw this morning a sign (professionally made) hanging in the window of a nationally known convenience store chain stating "Bit Coins Sold Here" inquire inside. I don't do bit coins so I'm completely out of the loop on this. From the looks I don't think the clerk on duty could explain much of anything to satisfy me so I didn't inquire 😊. Is this common in your area...buying bit coins at convenience stores ?

I have bought those with the aluminum cover and chocolate inside.
Since bit coins are currently $41,000......I doubt many people are rushing to a convince store to stock up on them!
Probably one of these in the store. Since I have no desire to have any crypto and if I did I wouldn't use a vending machine, for me it is a moot point. Bob
Bob, that may have been the deal, I didn't see a vending machine but I didn't walk around the store looking either. I'll sit the bit coin craze out and let others jump in the game and do the learning.

Unless those coins are made of pure silver or gold and cost the going rates, I too will not pay good money for an emperor's new clothes.
I may be old fashioned, but I know what P.T. Barnum once said!
Looks a lot easier to steal than an ATM...
I owned BitCoin at $900 and felt the air coming out of the fad. Sold it all and watched the insane climb. No regrets.
What would be in there to steal ?? Looks to be no "cash out" option available on the screen and who'd stick thousands cash/credit card into a yellow box at a convenience store ? I suppose I'll just continue to bank the old fashion way....at the bank 😀

People are exchanging real dollars for Monopoly money?
Good grief!
Our "real" money has been converted to Biden bucks! Just sayin!
Yes they do, nunn. Crypto currency is the new Beanie Babies. Except that with the babies, you got something tangible. Still worthless, but tangible. Crypto is imaginary money.
Add a pull down lever and some attention grabbing lights and it would look like it belongs in a casino.
