Over your years of enjoying firearms, what sticks out to you as the type of gun that is the most “you?” Not the logical “most versatile/practical,” but rather the one that just FEELS right, like a natural extension of yourself?
For me, it’s just a simple, no-frills pump shotgun.

I have always been a one shot straight shooter. This rifle is my reflection of me.
Wow….just a true beauty there, Brookwood. Love everything about it.
Nothing feels better in my hands than a 94 Winchester carbine or a 1897 Winchester pump shotgun. Same for the Winchester 1906 .22 and Remington Model 12 .22 slide actions.
Marlin Model 1889 lever action .38-40 made in 1892 with an octagon barrel. It's been in my family since it was new.
Super Black Hawk for pistol and a model 94 rifle, both in 44 Mag.
For me its prewar Colt Single Actions and Winchester Saddle Ring Carbines. This was one of my favorite Colt Single Actions; it is chambered in 45 Colt and Shipped to Walter Tips in Austin, Texas in 1896.
If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!
Colt model 1911 45ACP
My left handed Rem. 870.
I guess a Rhom in 22 short.
Use to be a Winchester 9422 magnum.
That's like asking who is your favorite child. In my case that would be easy as I only have 1. But I have multiple guns, and I can't say anyone is my favorite. They all have their good points.
Joe
Cap gun. Big Bang with no casualty🙃
Why...................a Remington Mohawk 600 of course...........................if not that I will be an FN/FAL
Illudium Q-36 explosive space modulator because my theory is go big or go home.😁 Bob
Winchester/Browning 1885 single shot. Preferably a low wall.
Don't have one but sure wish I did,,,,, A old double barrel short coach shotgun.
when younger
now
well, I used to be a .50 cal sniper rifle but now sadly, I'm a single shot .22 short
With a bent barrel and a broken ejector!
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Exactly ......................................... sigh ................
Is that from an A 10?
Vulcan M-61. Has seen widespread use in everything from F-105's to C-130's and all points in between.
It could be, but my preferred platform is the F/A-18.

Mossberg 152 22 LR that belonged to my father
Big bore Ruger single action and a Winchester large loop in .44
My 1960 vintage Mountie. Bought it when I was 11; controlled Jack Rabbit population in my part of Carson County, Texas until new wife moved me to Kentucky.
I might be like the rubber band gun but my rubber band is dry rotted.😲
