and set a penalty for crimes committed with a gun at lets say 25 years. NEVER happen, the "people" that commit the vast majority of these crimes are favored by the political left at least at this stage of life.

Fast hearing then a fast hanging. No need for more prisons. This new breed of criminals know that they can rest very comfortable in prison for any crime. But if the law starts to finish the punishment of hanging. Maybe crime will drop.

we use China for every thing so hand over all the prisoners' to them to carry out punishment , no rules or guidelines do what ever you want with them if there still alive when there time is up send them back on slow, fast leaking ship

They could watch tv till they go to sleep. And no headache when they wake up.
We probably wouldn't need more prisons if they would clean out death row and do what they were sentenced to.

We spend so much money on keeping these life sentences and death row inmates alive it's mind boggling. The bleeding hearts want them to have a fair trial. But after every appeal. They go right to death.

DEMOCRATs disagree: They want to empty prisons, defund police, catch/release, & end bail, allow tens of thousands of unvetted criminals entry via the Southern border and protect them in their sanctuary cities. Further and in many cities they control, DEMOCRATs will no longer investigate property crime depending upon amount of damage.
By failing to prosecute thefts in amounts in the neighborhood of 1K or less in cities they control. DEMOCRATs encourage shoplifting. Rampant shoplifting has forced many stores to shutdown or hire private security guards.
Democrats have downgraded many felonies to misdemeanors, consider prisons racist, acknowledge criminals as victims, appoint activist judges and arrange lax parole boards. Further, the sheer number of murders committed in large cities they control but dont like to talk about and blame others for speaks volumes.
How about all the law abiding citizens in the USA carry for protection and exterminate these vermin instead of housing and feeding them?

Governor Newsom, Pelosi's nephew, is closing our local prison down. It is his way of punishing our county for being Republican and voting for his recall.
That's why I will refuse to sit on a jury. A guilty verdict is overturned at least 75% of the time, or the perp will be let go after a small portion of their sentence is served. Don't waste my or the court's time. I believe that anyone harmed by a released convict should be able to sue the hell out of the state or federal "justice system" responsible.
