Here's a hypothetical: A California resident wants to purchase a couple 33 rd glock magazines (as a gift) and have them shipped to a state that has no restrictions. Does the seller use the billing address or the shipping address when considering restricted items?

If where the item is landing is not restricted, there is no issue for the seller.
I can’t understand why a seller would go out of their way to support an unconstitutional law.
I hope your name is taken off before the box is sent on to Cali.
When a buyer moves , buyer must changes address in the members profile information or the shipping label will have his old address on the label. is what i experienced. buyer had to get the person at the old address to mail it to him.
2 addresses , new address on confirmation page 2x and old address printed on shipping label.
This is exactly the cowering and conformist behavior the socialist WANT you to comply with.
Ship them where they ask them to be shipped....confirm via email and you should be good to go. Being just mags it shouldn't be a big deal.
If the mags are illegal in that state then you are responsible. If they are forwarded to the illegal state. You can get into trouble. Might be a a mess.
Thanks guys n gals for all the good info!
