I have been accustomed to watching a few channels using just an antenna for the last 5 years. Late last week, as I was just settling down to view a show on ME TV, I found that the channel was gone. Just a blank screen! Trying to adjust the antenna in all directions was a no go.
Decided to run my TV through the paces of channel programming and ended up losing a couple more stations but did get at least another dozen or so new to me channels. Not the greatest for this old man set in his ways but hey!
Comet channel is a bit STRANGE but GRIT seems to be right up my alley so far. I just wonder if our sun is emitting strong solar flares or ??? Sure wish I could get ME TV back.
Anyone else notice this going on?

Solar flares. I like grit and comet sifi I have 40 free channels with my 40ft antenna 😻I will not pay to watch commercials
Around here the small-time channels come and go. Just find one you like and it disappears replaced by yet another laden with commercials aimed at the social security, nursing home set.
Sounds like it may be time for me to run the auto program and find some channels. I haven't really watched much tv in months.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
still have MeTV here.
We lost ME TV a few years ago. Gunsmoke came on at lunch time and I used to watch it while having lunch. Gone now.
When I re-scan it depends on what time of day as to whAt channels show up. Its a daytime/nighttime thing. And if I scan when a big weather front is moving in, I'll get all sorts of distant channels. Tropospheric ducting maybe?
