I think this is phishing. I often get an email saying

There is an icon to push that asks for the user name and password.
1) First I didn't change the email address.
2) "Dear Customer" most legit put in my user name or my name not "customer
3) The link to another website asks for the user name and password that is pretending you to log in but actually collecting your username and password.

Emails that ask for your address that is already on a listing , or ask phone number needlessly.
