Unfortunately I can't be of any help for your tiller - but since your camera is taking photos 2 days in the future - please take photos of the winning numbers for PowerBall and MegaMillions lotteries and email them to me. I will go to Savannah and have them build a long range Gulf Stream and I will be your pilot to wherever you wish to go in north America. Best - AQH
yours looks correct. mine has more holes but it is in the outer hole. i think i remade that piece years ago and put more holes in it. im too stupid to post a picture but i do know how to make that motor run. what is your problem.
swapped out my tecumseh years ago for a honda
sorry for your loss
Google H60 Tecumseh. Don

Sorry that I have nothing to add but your Horse Troy Built Tiller brings back memories of my dad who bought one brand spankin new back around '82 or so. He was so proud of that machine that he bought a "Pony" for his wife (my step mom). ☺️
my dad bought this one new late 70s early 80s
thanks
on the big river web site you can buy a very reasonably priced inductive tachometer. simple to use and very helpful in setting governed RPM
thanks
