Would the ghm9 sport (16.5” brl) be legal as a semi auto long gun in maryland if its OAL is over 29”

this listing is just to show the rifle im talking about. According to my research as long as this rifle has an OAL over 29” with its tele stock extended it is above board in MD.

    As the seller states several times, it is a pistol. Since it is not listed on the Maryland Handgun Roster, it can't be imported into Maryland. If you were to find one already in Maryland, it could not be transferred to you.

    Even if the manufacturer were to make a "rifle" version, it would be banned under Maryland's "copycat" provision.

    The ghm9 pistol is approved on the md hg roster, where exactly are you getting your information from?

    Also the manufacturer and many other listings of the 16.5 inch barrel ghm9 sport list it as a rifle. Unless you want to run around telling people that a 40 inch long gun in 375 h&h is actually a pistol because “the man on gunbroker told me so” lol.

    So you ask a question and a veteran of these forums answers and then you mock him? People are human and do make mistakes. With that response, why would anyone else respond? I am I guess because IDGAF.
