My uneducated guess (gesshots) would be a Caddy. Need to see a bit more of the car to be certain. What that short video has to do with that move When Harry Met Sally, makes the mystery even more mysterious.
The hubcap sure looks custom of some sort and not anything that comes to my 66 year old memory.
The gal must be quite rich to have a driver and a personal attendant to boot!
